Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if necessary and in its original packaging. You'll will also need the e-mail receipt or proof of purchase. Postage and packaging costs are covered by the buyer unless the product is damaged or faulty. Please note we charge a 10% restocking fee once the item has been returned. This will be deducted from full price item. No return on sale items. Please note to send a return, you will need access to a printer. If the shipping label is covered by Inner Cave Crystals, you will have one week to return your item from the date the label is emailed to you.

Refunds

We hope that you are happy with your purchases from Inner Cave Crystals. Please note that we are a small independent business therefore we only issue full refunds if items are defective or damaged in transit. Please contact info@innercavecrystals.com

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund. Once approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please note this can take up to 7-10 working days.
